How do I make A kink?

I want to make a kink rail, but I ahve no idea how you would cut the kink so it doesnt stick out, this is a round bar.

or cutting it would work i guess, but you would have to make sure the angles were exact so they could fit together

cut it, make your kink, weld it together and grind the shit out of it to make it smooth

^that works now we just got a new Dewalt grinder, I got bored and ground the shit out of a pipe today.

bend it...use an old brake disc or something and atatch it to a table and heat up the pipe and bend it...it will be a perfect round...or if you have access to a press with the right dies and stuff or a tubing bender like me then jsut use thatlol.
