How do i keep my feet warm inside my boots?

man i cant get my feet from over heating in my rampages,

but thin socks, foot beds, cyan/ginger, and loosening toe box/ instep on lift help, and those little packages of stuff they put in electronic packaging to take out moisture might help(never tried) may help in keeping toes warm.

i dont know if it is like this for u guys but after a good days skiing i bring my boots into the house to warm up and their good the next time i go skiing but if i leave them in the car or somewhere cold when i take them out again to ski with my feet are always freezing cold

I have the Kryptons which are a cold boot.

-Loosen lower buckles on the lift and move your toes.

-Keep your core warm

-Cinnamon breath freshener will increase overall circulation

-move your feet/lower leg around a bit on the lift as well

put plastic bags over your feet so that the sweat doesnt get into the liner. change your socks every once and a while, and you will be golden

put your feet bye the fire in the lodge until their nice and toasty....then just try to maintain movement in your toes....also try wearing more layers because when your core gets cold it shuts down most of the blood flow to your fingers/toes
