How do I fix this bs?

Just cut that whole "chip" out and smooth out the edges. Clean and rough up the surface with some sand paper then fill with epoxy using masking tape along the sidewall to keep it off the edge. When fully cured cut off the excess and sand smooth.

this is best way. but remember to use west systems gflex. dont use jb weld or anything else
