How do I fix my fks??

I was riding yesterday and fell fairly hard causing my ski to pop off oddly. when I went to put it back on, the bar connecting the heel piece to the base plate was super loose and my binding would not hold onto my boot on the one side. How would I go about fixing this? (Black/silver bar)

Did the bar break? Did you lost the plastic piece that helps hold the bar in place at the top connection? Post a picture

note this was not sarcastic. like you either broke and arm or a break. not sure which, but im assuming its the arm

I've broken a bar before but that's not what happened this time, although I think I've found what happened. The screws connecting the bar seem to be stripped and pulled out a little bit.

How far out on the arms are you using them. Are you past the 3rd ring?
