How do I clean the inside of my goggles?

There are dust specs and whatnot on the inside of my goggles that have built up that cant be removed by blowing. I heard that Im not supposed to wipe the inside because it smudges the antifog layer.

So what can I do to clean it?

i guess you can wash it and destroy your anti-fog and then go buy more anti-fog and spray it on

I think your just not supposed to wipe your anti-fog if there is too much humidity in there, it should be alright wiping it if it is dry. Not 100 %, so wait for what the others say.

I could be totally wrong about this, so if I am, someone please correct me.

Since I also wear glasses this is what I do. Learned this from my eye doctor since my new frames have a special coating on the lens.

Never wipe a dry lens. It can drag oils, dust, dirt, etc across the lens and create micro scratches which can accumulate over time and lead to degradation. I use a small amount of water and cover the surface, then using a tiny amount of dish soap and warm water wash the lens with a chamois type cloth, or sometimes will use my fingers if they're clean. I'll clean everything up with a chamois type cloth too. Has worked great for me in glasses and goggles.

But, like I said, this could be not the best method.
