How do I add gif as icon

I tried with a ton of gifs but I can't seem to get them onto my icon

I see a lot of people with them so i was wondering what i have to do

I remember when I first set mine a longggg time ago, it was too large of a file and I had to resize it. I'm not exactly sure what size it needs to be - maybe someone could confirm this?

If I remember correctly it’s 150x150. You should be able to find a file resizer online easy enough that can compress it.

Try 15x15. It’s super small but I think that’s what I used.
