It looks that I'll get some puck board from my local icering, but I dunno how to cut it. It will have to be straight and cleen, so what should I use??

What equipment?

What cutting disc? (donno how to say that in english)

i haven't tried it, but i will be doing it tomorow when i make a couple rails. Just draw a straight line with a marker and keep the saw right on the line. If you can't do that then you must have polio or something

just use a regular circular saw, and as for the blade, a plastic blade would just make the cut a little bit smoother, so if you already have one, you might as well use it, but if not a wood blade will work fine, and for the line, get a chalk box and snap a line, its the best way to make sure the cut is straight, and its pretty important too, and then just follow the line when you cut and you'll be good

scratch the jigsaw. I built my rails today and used a circular blace skillsaw. It worked great. You don't need a special blade, i used the same one for wood as i did the puckboard. It had like 1/2 inch or so teeth on it.
