You gotta be comfortable doing jump tricks to spot the landing. Once you have the set figured out, focus on being in your eyes, not on what your body is doing. I know on cork 7’s for example, I kind of have 4 checkpoints to look for which helps me a lot. First, don’t look down at the end of the lip, it will make your head go down, look past the lip. Then I use my eyes on the takeoff to set the axis by looking at a specific part of the jump. The lower you look, the more you will cork. Then at 360 you should look for the grab (which I suck at and usually choke here, but you should visually see the grab most of the time), then after that you will just naturally see the landing if you are still in your eyes and not your body.
Focusing too hard on your motor movements will cause that “blackout” effect a lot of people get on jumps. Its a high stress situation and your body has a sensory overload. However, if you focus on trying to be in your eyes, you will find seeing in the air isnt as scary as it seems, and that your body will naturally do the right set as long as you have some experience doing it already and you are comfortable with it
