How Can I Heal Shin Bang as Quick as Possible

This thread comes up once a month. There are exercises to help with shin bang.

also make sure your boots are tight enough and you have booster straps if needed. I run my boots super tight and pop the buckles in like to easy the tension a bit. I also run booster straps. Haven’t had shin bang in months

I could’ve sworn I saw a post that you broke your collarbone or sum, am I trippin?

Came back last week. Skied so hard and had 5 too many backseat landings, my legs were shot after 3 days of that.

Help, I'm still hurting from last week.

Get one that fits. That's what she said, and it's true!

You are too small to fill the booty!

Get new boots, and have a fitter fit you up! It will be like the blue pill for a guy that has ED!

Check my IG @skiingphysicaltherapy for a few ideas. Sadly shin bang just doesn’t go away as it’s an overuse injury, but you manage the pain during the season.

Do a take on capsulitis of the second toe.

you seem like a knowledgeable man. mma fighers use hot water in a small glass bottle and just run their shins down to help them recover. don’t know if it works for shinbang but that’s the same idea right?

Honestly no idea. Imo shin bang is more similar to shin splints
