How broken is my Panasonic DVX100B?!

Hey, I have a DVX100B and it has been really glitchy on the playback. It has progressively gotten worse and I am not quite sure what the problem is. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

i picked up a head cleaning tape about a month ago and it displayed a message saying "Auto off, T_Reel lock"
 
Cleaning tapes are really just a way to delay the need to get your camera heads professionally cleaned. I would recommend taking it to a local camera shop that could do it or as I had to do with my GL2 years ago was send it back to the manufacturer (Canon)...
