How are these schools able to do this shit....

wow, some of these schools are like prison camps. My school was alright as long you didn't do something stupid, same general rules as most schools.

And anyone who can drive to school, remember to always hide anything illegal, and lock your doors every morning. I learned last year (ha, actually a teacher told us) that if police do a drug search with dogs etc that they can search your car if it is unlocked, because they will have probable cause, and it's on school property. If it's locked, they will normally come ask you to open it, and you can refuse
 
theyll open it reguardless, denying opening your car might just make them search harder because why would someone with nothing to hide tell them no?
 
well, they will eventually get to search it, but it will become a lot harder for them to obtain permission to do it. But if its locked, there's nothing they can do without a warrant or your permission. But yes, eventually they will be given the right to search it, and will do a much more thorough search. So you'd probably be better off just letting them check in the first place
 
The cops cant do shit unless they have probable cause on school grounds. Technically they cannot search your car, or your personal items, but the teachers can and will because all they need is a hunch that you are doing something wrong. You have less rights in school than out of school.
But as for the phone comment earlier, that is very illegal, school grounds or not. He can get the case thrown out if the administrator just searched his phone like that.
 
Me and some other students in my class created a group: ..... ....(teachers name) is nasty. Then he found out about it and now me and 5 other students are reported to the police. Its so damn stupid. He could just asked to delete the group or something, he didn`t need to report to the cops
 
yeah my school is like that.

there was a fight like after school far away and the principals stepped in and suspended them

and events that happen outside of school they deal with when it is none of their business
 
my school is pretty gay too. last year i almost got suspended for punching a kid at a football game (i was just playing around too)

also last year i almost got suspended on the last day of school because i took the mascots mask/head thingy and ran around with it. the principle said i would have to go to summer school for it but he was lying anyways.

and then this year a friend of mine got suspend maybe even expelled for having a butter knife in his car, the cops and the school said it was a possible weapon which was complete bullshit.
 
it's crazy how schools have begun to overstep their boundaries. every year there are more rules andI I don't understand how they get passed. I'm glad next year I'll be out of my town, somewhere else.

in the middle school they've cut lunch to half the usual time. the other half they go to the auditorium where they sit quietly and in alphabetical order. I would not have taken that in 8th grade. It's apparently because the monitors couldn't 'handle' them. I still remember one lunch aide who I always hated back then, I still her around now too. Bitch is responsible for the bull the middleschoolers have to go through. Funny how I still hate her to this day.
 
someone with nothing to hide would tell them no to protect their rights as given to them by the constitution of the united states of america. I'm aware I sign my rights away to car searches while I'm on school grounds, but out of that context I'm denying a search whether I have 3 kilos of cocaine or a few water bottles in my trunk.
 
in 7th grade, some girl i know got suspended for calling a girl a whore/posting a link to some website with pictures of her on myspace. ridiculous
