Damnit, it sucks. Not necessarily the market in Denver, just roomates fucking with shit. Can't get on the same page.

Anyone have suggestions for an affordable apartment or house for 3 in Denver / Wash Park? Range is1$800-$2500 per month. If you have suggestions, please message me or post below. Thanks.

 
at that price you can't find anything?! dude you are not looking. just pull up craigslist and type your price constraints and 3br, and then use the following search terms. Wash Park, Cap Hill, Uptown, Baker, Cheeseman Park, Lodo, Highlands, etc. you'll get 100 leads in minutes.
 
that shit was the worst, all my roommates finally got there shit together & filled out the apps an paid the app fees...especially gettin everyone on the same page when there all in dif states. but its possible. good luck
 
I feel you dude.. its the worst. My girlfriend is looking right now and I keep trying to help her but her roommates re so damn annoying. It is a shitty time, good luck
