Hoodie vest?

Hey so I was wondering, does anyone know who makes hoodie vests, or where I could get one (I know american apparel does, but theyre way too small and american apparel). So any information on a company that makes a hoodie vest (zippered) that is a big xl, or bigger than xl would be great.

^I was thinking about getting a sick hoodie for cheap and cutting the sleeves off and getting them re sewn niceley. ^^thanks for the help.

if you do this, i think it would be cool if you got it stitched a little behind where you had it cut so the tips will stay frayed, more authentic i think, haha

Yeah I could, but i want it to look like I havent done anything to it and that it came the way it is. Keeping it frayed would look sick though
