Hood snow conditions

I'm going down to hood this summer, I just don't know the best time to go. Last year I went at a bad time and you couldn't even ski to the lift, and the park was struggling. Does anybody know how the snow conditions are currently or when they will be moving the public park up the mountain?
 
You can't lap Public anymore, but you still have a pipe, a good 3 jump line and some decent rails. They move the park up on Palmer when summer camps are gone, which is by mid-august I think

Depends on when your going...... The park is currently on mile but isn't reachable to the lift. So you have to either hike to the lift or hike up the park. Recently the parks have been really nicely built. Sure if you go later in the summer everything is going to be smaller and not as well maintained because the lack of snow and room. But its summer skiing so you really cant complain
 
there is kind of a trade off, because the earlier you go the better the park, but weather is risky. Later in the summer your guaranteed sun and hot weather, but you need to hike to the lift to lap and features are a bit more sparsely distributed
