Planning on heading up to hood to camp and enjoy the Glacier for about a week.

Is there anything I should be aware of to make this trip flow somewhat smoothly

I've heard the airstrip is the best place to camp, However, I've also heard there are transient forest meth heads that'll try n fuck with your shit???

nonetheless, general tips/advice would be greatly appreciated

Go wear a gopro, get a sword and fight the meth heads. Then post it on ns

I heard if you cover your car with gamer girl pee, the aura will be too strong for the meth heads or parking tow trucks to touch you

Bring more tarps than you think you will need. Weather up there can get pretty crazy and the last thing you want is all your shit to get soaked

Step 1. Ride the chairlift

Step 2. Realize half the people there are camping too

Step 3. Talk about going to Teillium lake for a BBQ

Step 4. ????

Step 5. PROFIT

There are lots of spots up there on the volcano to camp. Once you get up on Tline, you will meet some people and you will get clued in on where everything is at and what to do. Go have a fun adventure!! There are the homeless meth heads lingering around but for the most part they dont have cars to drive up to steal your goods. Just lock your doors when you are riding.

noted I've been consuming gamer girl pee for a few weeks now in preparation

Govy Gen is expensive so try to avoid if possible.

Keep anything valuable in your car/with you when possible. I never had any issues but I was so drunk that I probably blamed myself for losing shit. Now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't me? Probably was though.

Have fun!

All of Government Camp is basically like shopping at the ski area. In many cases you actually are since RLK (Timberline) and Hanna (Skibowl) own a lot of the businesses in town including the gas station. Good for convenience (otherwise you might not be able to buy gas or food in town) but plan ahead and try to avoid it. Stock up in Sandy and hit the Grocery Outlet first for deals.

Don't litter or you will pay the ultimate price in Karma.
