Honest Question: What to w/ beat old ski boots?

Hi all, I have had my old full tilts sitting in my closet and not in the trash can yet because I couldn't help but wonder if there is somewhere to take ski boots where they can be recycled. I get that the liner is probably just trash but I feel like that amount of plastic is kind of a ridiculous amount to just straight up throw away. Anyone know anything about this? Was just gonna pull up to a ski shop and find out but I guess I felt like asking here first.

also, i gave mine to a kid on here who was looking. they have more value to someone who maybe cant afford new boots than they do in the garbage! post them on the BST for sale or part out and just charge shipping!

I can grab one if u want but the toe piece is razor thin and wont clip into any binding, the heel is equally shaved off at like a 45 degree angle a ways past the replacable sole from walking around and working in them. Even for free I dont think anyone would be into it because theyre really sketch. But I could be wrong.

edit: they are 26.5 2014 FT booters for anyone who needs that info

Make them into a planter or do one of those weird craft videos where you encase them in resin then turn them on a lathe and make a water fountain or something.

i would save them. I saved my old roxas just for the buckles and it has come in numerous times when ive needed buckles/parts

my homie saves all his full tilts

puts all the old parts together like legos

you can recycle boots if the metal is taken off

The fabric parts are usually trashed, unfortunately.

Separate the plastics. Separate the metals. Put them in their proper recycling bins.

I usually just post mine for free on marketplace or try and give them to less fortunate kids
