Homemade sweatshirt materials?

where does everyone get the sweatshirt material to make the custom sweatshirts everyone is makeing?
 
I just went to my local hobby lobby and they had stuff called sweatshirt cotton and it was only like 13 dollars for everything I needed even the stuff for the cuffs and bottom. Only problem is that they didnt have all that much for colors so looking online wouldnt be a bad idea either
