homemade snowmaking?

i wanted to make a snow making machine in my backyard so i don't have to rely on this shity CNY

weather. anybody have an idea bout it.

 
yea ive thought about it, mabye hook your hose up to an aircompressor and put some sort of nozzle on the end, i dunno but it could be a possiblity. who knows

Youll need an air compressor, and possibly a power washer depending on what gun you build.

 
pressurized gas cools down when it expands, so what you want is as highly compressed air as possible UNDERNETH a well spread out mist of water...this freezes teh water as it comes out...and slush/snow will reults...after a couple hours you'll avhe like 4 inches

 
my dad bought a snow maker for his ski shop(Hickory and Tweed) and hes bringing home so i can set up my rail for a couple days, since theres no snow here in ny
