Homeless hotspots

AUSTIN, Texas (CNNMoney) -- It sounds like a headline from The Onion, but it's true: A project called "Homeless Hotspots" is turning homeless Austin residents into mobile wireless hotspots outside the South by Southwest convention center.

Is this taking advantage of the homeless? or giving them an opportunity?

Or are people just pissed that they will have to acknowledge that the homeless actually insist.

I don't really get the controversy. They're giving all the money to the homeless, and its giving them employement.

You don't hear the same backlash from the Salvation Army.
