Holiday Valley, Ellicoteville NY

k i just moved to fredonia NY and i'm going to be skiing Holiday this year as a ski instructor.. does anyone ski holiday valley and if so i need someone to ride with out here(moved here 2 weeks ago)
 
Well, in case ya didnt notice, that vid was a joke. Also, I believe that shitty places deserve shitty representations. Oh, and if you come back with that crap like: "well from where i come from, HV is like an amazing place and what they have there is at least 10000x time better than what i have" then, i dont give a shit because even though I never meet you, I hate you. The End.
 
i ski at holiday valley sometimes...that was the worst representation of it ever. it really isnt that bad. the park at the end of the year was pretty good last season
 
Holiday valley is terrible, im sorry to hear ull be stuck skiing in wny.... they have nice rails and boxs, but they dont know how to set up or maintain anything. Their pipe gets worse evey year, and i swear every year they talk about sending a guy out west to get trained on the pipe gromer whatever, HV is balls. it is the HIV, i hate it and western new york. You have my sympathy
 
ill probaby be skiing at holiday this winter...its not a bad place to ski but its definately nothing speical either its just really conveinent for all the people around here
 
or just ski Kissing Bride, you can park at the top and hike their park without a ticket, and the park wasent too shitty once they got in going
 
yeah i mean i've skiied holiday a fair bit in the past but now that i live closer and will have a seasons pass i wanna get in the cult or w/e and have people to ride with... its not a great resort(especially since i'm from cali) but its the best i've skiied in this area.

Everyone drools over that place, but they can't design a park to save their lives.

YAY! Lets put all our rails in one spot, and have the jumps on a TOTALLY different trail completely across the way of the area.

I'll stick to my $300 KB season pass, and spend the other few hundred to go to Blue Mountain, ON and Mount St-Louis Moonstone a few times a winter.
