i'm sure he bought them piece by piece.

and i bet that some company is gonna realize that he made some damn sweet boots, and will end up designing a pair very similar to that. and probably sign hoji
 
talk about holding so much knowledge of not only the mechanics of a boot, but the demands he places on his own equipment and what he requires out of it.

I think I remember reading over on TGR that dynafit were making a promodel boot for him, but again, not sure on this.

I still cant belive how he skis the stuff he does on dynafits. They look so brittle.
 
I am thinking about making my own backpack.. I want an avalung, but I dont like the BD backpacks..or I need to modify them/put extra things on them..
 
Haha yeah, but a harnessed avalung under packpack straps and over a jacket and beacon isnt really comfy..
