I found that video really unsettling if anything , if anything cite the protesters) for being loud or annoying/no permit..etc). There is NO need for submission of that kind by the police for non-violent acts.

Okay these "hipsters" as you call them might have been doing something irrational (I have no idea what the issue at hand is), however, the celebration of kids being arrested/potentially hurt is stupid. Grow up, kids.
 
It's a protest organized by Anonymous.

They are protesting big banks and wall street. They want to bring "the rich people down to earth and redistribute their money."

They keep showing It on the local news here.

thats a joke right? cops prob have one of the easiest job on earth, yes some times it can get dangerous but not hard. for the most part they sit in a car and write 5 tickets in one day.
 
I REALLY want to go to one of the protests, and just start grabbing peoples cameras and smash them on the ground. If you're going to be a stupid bitch, and keep shoving it in the face of the police, I will GLADLY remove it to the concrete.

they violated the law and were being removed in accordance to the law, the officers were showing incredible restraint considering there were protesters who were resisting arrest
