soo i found out today i tore my Labrum in my Hip. Two solutions.. suck it up or get arthroscopic surgery. considering i get pain any time i run more than 3 miles im leaning to surgery.
i didn't get a ligament repair, but i did have arthroscopic surgery. it's just surgery where they use a camera and some small tools instead of just cutting you wide open. much better option. if you can get it fixed, you might as well.
holy god man, i havnt ever run that far in one go and i played two varsity and 1 college sports. why would you do that? dont get surgery...ever...unless it is emergency surgery. I have made a vow to never have elective surgery again.
whats your recovery time like? what are your non-surgical rehab options?
