It appears your firm covered the south stairs of our FM Heard PS in Whitby with snow , on Saturday May 13th . To conduct snow board filming. This was done with out a community use permit, and/or school board permission. As we have had problems with this type of activities at outher schools with in our region, i would suggest this is not the first incident. Without prior approval , you are in fact trespassing onto our property. I would request you immediately discontinue this practice.. If you wish to discuss this matter further, i remain jack massie
