First pr-season match today and I'm finally in the first group this year. Anyone else starting their golf season?

nice, ive been playing for 11 years and played in my high school. This was the first summer I only played a few times. So much fun though, cant wait to play next summer

golf is in the spring at my school, so ill be playing on the team this spring. super pumped, played tons of golf this summer.

nope haha. just got back from the match and i shot 5 over. looking to shoot 3 or less though. this is a pic of my home course. it has an amazing view of the seattle skyline

Newcastle is a dope course but i gotta say that Wa Nat and Harbour pointe are my favorites that the oik card supplies you.

o yep i have the oki card. 25 newcastle, 10 harbor point, 15 redmond ridge, and idk how much for national. such a good deal though

o and harbor point is sick but every time i have played it it was in bad condition because it was toward the end of the summer. newcastle i like cas its 15 minutes away, great views of every hole, and well maintained. my best friend is also a member at the plateau club(which is okis private club) and that is fun to play but overrated imo.

I HATE PLAYING GOLF, BUT I'D PLAY THERE.MY PARENTS PLAY A SHIT TON OF GOLF, LIKE 36 HOLES A WEEK AT LEAST.

MY SCHOOL HAS A GOLF TEAM, AND THERES 2 TEAM MEMBERS WITH LIKE 10 BACKUPS

ya my dad plays a lot with me. but i play with a group of friends on the golf team and we will play 3-4 times a week in the summer. also drifting golf carts was hella fun before i got my license.

this girl i went to HS with and played golf with casually at local courses and her country club got a full ride to vanderbilt, she will be a senior this year, and will easily be a in the WPGA, she played in their open last year, shes fuckin dirty

Stupid question and I know most likely not, but is her name Lexi Thompson? She was a 16 year old that I believe won on the LPGA tour last year. No idea if she's going to play in college or not, but yeah.

My roommate is on the team at my college. When he takes me to golf with him, I just end up smoking a big ol stogie though instead of actually golfing.

I really regret not taking it and following through. I have a natural ability for golf, im not saying I'm amazing but i was half decent with little to no training. It is one of the better sports offered by the world that delivers consistency, discipline, and precision. (Not very entertaining to watch though, for me anyway)
