Any high school baseball players on NS? if so, post your position, if your team sucks or not, a picture of you playing and all that good stuff.
ill start with mine
Im a Senior and I am the starting catcher. Our team is pretty talented and we are pretty good. we are 1 game over .500 in the league, so we are fairly decent. State tourney is coming up and i have a feeling that we will do well.

i played freshman through senior year. we took state this year outta idaho 4A. i didnt get to play this year tho because i tore my rotator cuff. i was center and right field.
 
yeah my seasons coming to a end soon and im starting to realize how much im going to miss.. its going to suck! oh well i guess im gonna move on to beer league softball :P haha
 
My friend always says, "School sports ruin lives." And I'm kinda starting to believe it. At out high school baseball in particular shits on kids summer.

But I played Little League/Ruth. I pitched.
 
i started varsity soph year through sr. year, during my jr. season i tore my labrum, and missed the majority of my jr year, which fucked me over for college, sr. year we made it to the county championship game, hit a home run in it, but we lost 5-3 cuz our 3rd basemen made 2 errors in 1 inning causing 4 unearned runs.....i was a pitcher, until i tore my labrum, had a 1.87 era, when i didnt pitch i played shortstop, and batted either 1 or 3 in the lineup

i played varsity freshmen and sophmore years in highschool. but last ski season i got a really bad sprain in my wrist and still hurts to throw so im unable to play this year, but plan on playing next year as a senior.

was starting shortstop and lead off at bat.
 
i dont play baseball for my school but they are hella good, i think they went to state and they mightve won. but we won the D1 section title
 
I played freshman through senior as starting catcher but our team wasnt that great this year we had good players but absolutly no pitching we managed to end the season like 7 wins 10 losses.

its so hard to win without good pitching
 
I was going to do baseball in high school but i broke my wrist skiin and said fuck it. and did track instead, which was slick. Might join up into some senior league next year or the year thereafter. I used to pitch a ton, and a good bit of outfield too.
 
ive been playing school ball since freshmen year, will be a junior next season, our team was 16-4 in our league, i batted mostly in the 3rd spot with a .365 average (52 at bats) and started in right field
 
i got cut freshman and sophmore year made the team and was going to start junior (doesnt make sense but i learned how to ball)year but quit so i could ski
