High rib?

has anyone ever heard of this shit?

i guess like, my top rib is fused in a dislocated position which prevents the right side of my ribcage from moving

no man, i didnt even know until today haha, i broke my arm and like 5 ribs in november, i guess thats were its from
 
ya ive heard of something like it before its someone that i know broke his arm playing volley ball but he didn't get it re-set so he somehow has the two bones in his lower arm form together just above the elbow....its really fucked
