Hg skis length?

Yo! I really want to get a pair of stingers this season but I'm thinking they may be too long. I'm about 5'9 and they only have 178's. Too long or alright?

Honestly you should be alright. If you weigh 140 it shouldn't be an issue with the skis weight. I just bought a pair of 176 Joysticks the other day from some guy and they go up to my head at 5'9 1/2, and I weigh 135 and I don't think Ill have any issues with them. Id say go for it, especially if you weigh 140+ and are still going to grow an inch or two, and even if you don't it will just take a day or two of riding to adjust

Yah no problem. Ski length can be intimidating until you actually try a longer length out. I jumped from a 148 to a 170 2 seasons ago, and almost shit my pants but realized it wasn't a hard adjustment. Now Im going to be on a 176 Joystick These and 185 Bents next season and Im so stoked. Maybe get something in-between those waists for a all mountain ripper in like a 181 if I can pull some money together
