Hey You E.U.! (university question)

Does anyone know what the rules are for studying at a public university in a country other than your own? I thought the EU had a learning mobility program (I know about ERASMUS but am not sure of the details or if it applies to Masters programs). Are citizens of EU nations able to get the national tuition fee for Masters programs in EU countries other than their own?
 
First. Dunno man, if you want an actual answer to this try NSG because I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that will see this for a while.
 
Haha yeah well technically that's where it should go, but it's gonna be a while before you get a legit answer. And nice 1000 posts :)
