On October 19th, US outdoor on SW Broadway is having a huge pre season sale. I know the flyer says for race and freestyle teams, but this is open to everyone. Most 2011 gear will be 20% off and if I'm correct some stuff may be 30% off. This is a bomb-ass store with sick selection and if you're looking into getting new gear this year, you might want to check this out...

i remember when i got my armadas ar5 back in the day.. they mounted one ski at center and the other at 2 cm above center... and i took them back and they were like. whats is wrong. i laid them down on the table and showed them and they were like. shit!! so they fixed it. and then they tried charging me. and i was like. yo you guys fucked it up hard.. but they have a cool store with "some cool employees" but in then end $$$$

does anyone else notice all the employees always standing around the counter like one would see in some high school cafeteria? Too cool to help anyone.

then it takes you 15 minutes to get the counter and the shop tech to understand the mark on the skis is where you want the binders mounted. and then you get them back and theyre mounted 4cm off. Not centered on any sort of line. Not even an excuse as to why they were mounted so far off.

I like the shop, they sale good gear. but 90% of the employees are douches too hip to hold a conversation, let alone help you

I went to U.S. OUTDOOR and they said there is no sale today... So I don't know where you got this flyer, or if they just decided not to do it, but they said we have a huge sale room. but that room was just there clearance room that is always open.

i went to us outdoor to buy a ski bag (which I needed asap and had just run to us outdoor store while I was super busy) I told them that my skis were 173 and they said my skis would fit in a 170 bag.. I was skeptical but just went with it.. and then my skis didn't fit. really sucked balls to have to go back downtown and spend 30 minutes trying to park again when I was super busy already.

oh btw my point in that story was the us outdoor sucks. don't go there.. terrible customer service as well.. when I went back to replace it the guy who sold me the bag was a total douche when I gave him shit for refusing to go retrieve a bigger bag in the first place.

Poor misguided soul...

BTW they fucked up the mount on my friend's skis too.
