Married mother-of-three teacher pleads guilty to having sex with her student, 16, in bid to avoid prison (but she could still be locked up for a threesome she had with another teacher and the same student)

A 32-year-old English teacher admitted in court Thursday that she had sex with a 16-year-old student, in a forgiving plea deal that gets her out of serving any prison time or having to register as a sex offender.

Former Destrehan High School teacher Shelley Dufresne was arrested in September after the teen in question started bragging to friends at the St Charles Parish, Louisiana school that he had slept with two teachers.

An investigation later revealed that the unidentified teen had sex with both his current English teacher at the time, Dufresne, and his English teacher from the prior year, 24-year-old Rachel Respess - including an alleged a threesome with both at Respess's house.

I lived in Mississippi and the reverse scenario was true in a lot of instances. Young teen girls constantly got knocked up by guys in their 20's. Some weird shit going on down near the bayou.
 
Pretty old story, good few months old. More like 'belatedly announced Hero of 2014'.

I'd just be really interested to see what the reaction of NS would be if it were two male teachers in their twenties and a 16 year-old girl. I'm willing to bet you wouldn't be lamenting the lack of sexual predators in your high school's faculty then. And if you were still, whilst I would be no more envious of your moral code or lack there of, I would at least applaud your consistency.

As a male in his 20's, I couldn't fully support the idea of it. As much as I'd like too. The teacher being in a position of power and all that..just seems not right.
 
This shit never happens in the boring Northern schools. Just a bunch of whiny pricks at my school.
 
I'm going to go ahead and admit that had this opportunity presented itself when I was 16 I would not have known how to handle it and would not have followed through.

But really, this is kinda ridiculous. Who at 16 even is good enough at sex for a 32 year old and a 24 year old to even be fucking interested?

Seriously. Ten years ago I didn't know what the HELL I was doing... I mean, at that time, the most I had even done was hastily attempt to go down on a girl and get a sub-par BJ that didn't even get me off.
