Helpful people who make skis

Hey guys.
I got this deal where I make wine racks out of old skis. I'm looking for a person that could help me figure out/make for me, blank wooden skis to cut into wine racks. Anybody know anybody with the know-how and the elbow-grease to point me in the right direction? I live in n lake.

Yeah I've tried contacting them multiple times. They seem to be pretty busy and they're not to worried about helping me out. Its understandable. They got bigger fish to fry.

That's what I was thinking. If you called Moment and said, "Hey! Can you make me a pair of skis that I can destroy and make into a wine rack?" they wouldn't be too excited.

The racks look cool though, I like em a lot.

I would hit up good wills, thrift stores, flee markets and what not. I'm sure you could find some rad old school graphics

Ohhh you want blank wood ones?

Maybe find some really old wood skis or something.

Top sheets are pressed into the ski when they're made so you'll be hard pressed to find blank ones.

Now I see why you want to find a ski maker man

good luck!

I already collect skis from flea markets, consignment stores, goodwill, etc.
The wood ones i make sell for alot more. also i want to be able to design my own topsheet for a series of them or whatever.
So nobody has connections to a guy with a ski press?

yo i made my own pair of skis last year, if you need any help pm me and ill give you some more info so you could contact me
