me please, I have a bunch of lobster ravioli and don't know what sauce I should make to go with it. Suggestions?
 
I agree with him.

I nice white wine sauce would go pretty well. Gotta remember, lobster has a pretty rich taste so you don't want something that will overpower it. Even a simple olive oil/garlic sauce would be pretty good.
 
Yeah I was gonna do a white wine or vodka cream sauce of some sort. Maybe I'll just do some butter and truffle oil and a little parmesan.
 
If you go with the butter sauce I'd throw in just a touch of lemon juice too.

I just did butter, cream, black truffle oil, salt, and aged gouda. Thanks for your help!
