A andybob Member Feb 12, 2012 #6 I agree with him. I nice white wine sauce would go pretty well. Gotta remember, lobster has a pretty rich taste so you don't want something that will overpower it. Even a simple olive oil/garlic sauce would be pretty good.

FBGM Active member Feb 12, 2012 #7 Yeah I was gonna do a white wine or vodka cream sauce of some sort. Maybe I'll just do some butter and truffle oil and a little parmesan.
