ok,

how talls the dropin?

how steeps the ramp?

how big is your flat?

how talls your jump?

what you may need to do is put snow fence on the inrun up to the jump, because the turf sometimes can slow you down. Also i would try soap and water and make sure it is consistently wet. Try to reduce the amount of time you are on the ground, example. move rail closer. Pole pushes are vital, and make sure you pump through the whole thing to get maximum speed. also reduce the size of the jump in order to make it to the top.

soap and stuff works ok.. but you really either need snow fence or try like porch latice liek the plastic fencing so you really get some speed. i had the same prob with mine and we just went to a ice rink and got a little snow. a tiny bit works but if you cant, get some fencing.

i dont think it has to do with the friction of the astro turf

i think it is that your area between your jump starts and inrun ends is to small

the slope of your inrun might be to steep too
