HELP

i bought idea online two weeks ago from poorboyz.com, and i went through all of the steps to purchase it and gave then my credit card number.... etc. However i never got a conformation email, which i thought was kinda strange, and now when i loged onto my poorboyz acont there are no records of me purchasing idea. has this happened to anyone else, and should i just buy it again, or am i going to get charged for it twice then...???

I'd email poorboyz before you try to order it again, you don't want to end up with two of them

before you contact poorboyz, check your credit / debit card records. if you DID get charged, then you can tell them that you were charged for goods that you never received and they should be pretty accommodating (hopefully). if you didn't get charged, tell them the situation, and hopefully they'll get your order in correctly.
