ok so there is this girl i like and i wanna ask her out... however she is really quiet and all i really know about her is that shes nice... and i have barely talked to her so i dont know much about her... but judging by the way she it seems like her parents would be the type of ppl who wouldnt let her go out with ppl (we're both 13) So what should i do to get her to talk to me and what would be the best way to subtly ask if shes aloud to go out?
