hi ZapB here, would really appreciate some advice on what new skis to buy! thanks in advance.
following forum advice: Im in whistler, im 25, 5'10, 190lbs. id say i think of myself as an advanced skier and my budget depends on how much i like the ski.
Ive already bought a pair of 2010 line sir francis bacons which im happy to have as my powder skis. ive never ridden anything that big before but think they look like fun. towards the end of last season i was riding a pair of atomic ritual 174s. I felt like they were playful but too short for me but i enjoyed them in the slush. I guess im looking for an 'all mountain ski' thats leaning more towards the park than pow. I really want to learn butters good this year but im certainly not a park rat. so it would be nice if they could also be able to do off piest fine should i fancy it. Ive considered several skis like the faction 2.0, line chronic, HHs new ones that used to be al dentes. and the jj ski all mountain.
If anyone has any opinions im happy to hear them.
