Help with leather gloves.

So i just bought fingerblaster 2's for 95 dollars. And every time I drag my hand the paint from the fingers come off, and yes i snowboard so i drag my hands. But anyway is there something i could put on the fingers that would like stiffen them up a little, i know there are things i could buy to waterproof it but do you also think that it would make a little clear layer around the glove somewhat?
 
dude you gave it like a min for someone to reply to just chill and they will come but if you wanna stiffen up you can try clear coat that might work other then that i dont no of anything
