Help with jib culture

i have a problem with them, i ordered a hoodie over a month ago form them. And they billed my credit card, the only problem is that ive never recieved it. I have tried to email them 4 times with no respsonse and im just wondering if anyone can give me some ideas of ways to reach them or what i can do to get my hoodie. Thanx
 
uh, that's pretty sketch... i heard a rumour that nate lodger is driving trucks right now, rather than running that company ...apparently they've all lost interest..that's just a rumour though, can't really help you out much more than that..did you try giving them a call?
 
dude...i have no idea. my buddy ordered DTP but it never showed. that was a year ago. ive been askign around whistler but noone knows
 
isn't jib culture dead? pretty shitty that they left the site up and let people order shit when there gone, doesn't sound like a thing nate would do
 
thats shitty man couldnt you sue them or something for that if its been that long or atleast file a complaint to like the police or something like that thats just gay.
 
aight, you need to a) call your credit card company and cancel the transaction, and b) you need to get in touch with one of the team riders and see what the hell is going on, because i had been told they were going to be back this winter...
