Help with grabs

i recently learned cork 7 and misty 7 and have been trying to add a mute grab, any tips would be appreciated or if you know of grabs that would be easier let me know thanks.

In my opinion mute is easier to grab with corks than blunt/ tail. Get a nice and big jump and then at 180 just bring your legs up a bit and grab that shit. I through blunt tails differently but I normally tweak them back and get full back bend. Just keep practicing corks and the grabs will come

i was trying to grab a backflip into a foam pit last night off a tramp and i landed on my head and tweaked my neck. not nice. very interested in hearing some tips for grabbing while spinning/flipping.

No. As has already been said in this thread, bring your ski to your hand. Reaching down will mess with your balance and fuck up your spin
