Help with edit +K

[why]

I'm going to make a fast "hesh" kind off edit. The song is going to be Skulls by The Misfits. I want to keep the edit fast paced in all aspects. So do you guys have any cool ideas for transitions and/or layovers.

not trying to hate but i doubt anyones gunna tell you how to cut and make ur edit, part of creating edits is being creative and personal and doing stuff you like, ...but if you made a ruff cut with some of your ideas in your edit im sure ns wold tell you some of the stuff they like/dislike. (cuts/transitions ect.)

well I'm fairly new to editing skiing, but not editing in general and I don't really know what works and what doesn't.

Still, no one is going to tell you how to do your own work.

I will tell you how to get inspired: watch edits. Go to the Vimeo channels of ski filmmakers and watch their best videos. Figure out what you like. Figure out what you don't like. Figure out what works with the song you want and the footage you have. It's fine to see what other people have done and emulate them, that's research. ...but no one's going to tell you what to do, that's you being lazy.
