Help with 5-Panel (steezy hat free of charge for whoever can help)

Hey people,
I posted this on the Media & Arts Forum but I think I might get a more helpful response here.
I'd love to sew my own 5 Panel hats and maybe even start selling some.
I have searched all over the internet, but can't find a template for the individual pieces anywhere.
If anybody can send me a template (or lead me to one), they will be rewarded with the grand prize of a 5-Panel with an awesome design, handmade with love by a kid in Norway. Fuck it, I'll even pay for shipping.
