HELP!!! which skis should i get surface no time or one life

definitely true.

as an east coaster with a pair of one lifes, i can say that you'll probably be frustrated with these. I rode them as my sole pair of skis for the 10/11 season. they're absolutely wonderful, but it's a grand mixture of refreshment and amazement to get back on a pair skis with a more 'normal' camber after riding them for a while.

You'll get use to them, and they're brilliant. Of course, i was mostly in the sidecountry with them. They're capable on hard pack, but it would surely get old if you're mainly ripping park. Furthermore, if the snow gets hard, which is often does here on the east, the one life's require a whole new level of effort.

above all else, this is only an opinion. feel free to ask some specific questions about them. i truly love both the ski itself and talking about it.

I would suggest one times. I own Both new life's and one times. Go with new/ one life if you're going to screw around on them, or if you like a fat daily driver, like I do. But the one time is as good of a one ski quiver as you'll get. It has 4 degree three stage rocker for flotation on an occasional pow day, and to not catch on things like switch ups. But the real draw is the camber, it's not just an early rise camber ski, it's a mix if full camber, and full rocker. It's awesome in my opinion, it plows through crud, and handles extremely well on hardback. If you want more info on either message me, and sorry about the grammar/spelling, I'm on mobile.
