Help w/ helmet company

a while back someone posted a helmet company site that was based out of canada. i cant find the site anywhere and i tried the search. i think it had a weird skull or ghoul design on them, if you know the site let me know

 
yeah man thats it, thanks. guess they arent from canada after all. anyone know if these are decent helmets especially for the price?
