Help uploading vimeo video to my profile?

upload it to where? to a forum just like that or something different?
 
thanks! i want to upload it via NS to the videos pages so it will show up in my profile! do i just post the embeded code into the 'browse' area of the posting page? i'm sorrryyy succhhh a technological douchebag over here....
 
na you gotta go to upload video and then there will be an option to put in an html code(ithink?) or it may just be the link to the video
