Help revising paper

we had to revise this paper form another student in english and get rid of the word "to be" and all its forms (is, are, be, etc) ive fixed all the sentences except one.

However, this is not the case, and one place that still exemplifies the differences prevails in the public school system.

if you could help, it would be greatly appreciated. change it however you have to, just get rid of IS.

I don't think there's a way to take all the forms of "to be" out of that sentace. Try re-writing it with a couple of different structures and post those.
