HELP!!!! please read

i need help getting some p10s off of my old skis please tell me how the heal base plate comes off.

 
First, in the back of the heel piece, there is a screw that you can tighten/loosen that moves the whole heel piece, this is used to adjust the heel piece for differing size boots. Loosen this as much as you can, and then slide it off. Then, unscrew the 4 screws that hold the metal plate onto the ski. Donezo.
