Help photoshopping image

I am really poor with photoshop, so i was wondering if someone who knows how to use it will help me photoshop this image into green, with X's over the eyes. +K Thanks.

what color do you want the glow around the eyes? and the empty space in the eyes? and how big on the x's?

Everything the same as original, same white glow and everything and white eyes and mouth, but I need everything else to be green, any shade of fairly bright green. I don't care how thick the X's are, as long as they cover the whole eye. Thanks for the help man.
