pop on more than 90 degrees and start looking over your shoulder the second u start sliding the rail and then just pop and bring your feet around with your head
i dont get them clean everytime but usually 1rst or 2nd try
when i learned them..i just thought of doing a 180 when going sideways...i would practice on the slope before i would go try it...just keep your skis rotating the 180 until you get them around to be back on the box/rail...just commit too
to learn blind switch ups, make sure you start to turn up the rail a bit, the look back untill you can almost see the rail again and pop really rard, make sur you get your following ski over the rail, otherwise it results in backward castoration
