Help on frontflips?

I've been trying to learn how to do a frontflip on the ground today and I just can't figure it out. I thought I was supposed to jump higher but that's not really working. It seems like I might have to tuck tighter but thats like as much as I can tuck. Any Tips?

Cool thanks but I'm pretty much jumping as high as I can unless I'm like jumping wrong or something. So am I doing it good enough considering the fact that I got no hops

yeah i guess I'll have to give it a shot but that's a completely different type of flip without a running start and shit and that's scary as balls but I'll try it.

Do not flip into the ground, you need to throw your flip up and extend with your arms and legs and get a good pop. If you have more high and throw the flip up not down, then you should get it

Ok that's what I was kind of trying to do too. So sshould I like start swinging my arms at more of an up angle and start swinging them a little later? Or how do I do that?

Look at the height of your first jump, before the jump where you do your frontflip. You have to be that high. Youre jumping too far horizontally and not high enough (vertically). Flip up instead of into the groud.

why u running so fast? you really only need a couple of steps.. try extending one foot in front of you then kicking it back and using that to gain some momentum when flipping. Also I first learned how to frontflip off of picnic tables and I found it surprisingly easy, good luck!

Don't jump so hard going into the flip. The ground is not going to give at all, so run up and pop as hard as you can, throw the flip more upwards (as previously stated) and tuck as hard as you can.

this^ Look at blocking tutorials on youtube.... this will help increase the height for the flip. The block is the jump before the flip. If done correctly, it will change your horizontal velocity into vertical height.
